The ground floor is defined by a concrete monolithic volume intersected by plans that form more intimate patios next to the kitchen and laundry, or more exposed ones such as the basement patio near the garage.
The plastered upper floor slides over the volume of the ground floor, functioning as a cover for the access path and, on the opposite side, generating a patio with some vegetation which provides greater privacy to the suite facing southeast.
