The building is built on the east side, at the highest level, with the house opening mainly to the west, over the terrace and the pool, spread over three floors, taking advantage of the slope of the land. The social spaces are on the ground floor, with the kitchen more closely related to the covered patio, topped by the volume containing the outdoor bathroom and barbecue. On the first floor, the three bedrooms, all en-suite, are distributed through a corridor that is partially open to a double-height ceiling on the ground floor. The aim was to create a homogeneous whole, with volumetry and formal uniformity, in which the materials contribute to differentiating the floors, making the volume more dynamic and less compact.
