Located on Aveiro´s Ria shore, with privileged views over it, the house aims to provide the whole family, from grandparents to grandchildren, with not only living and gathering areas, but also private and retreat ones.
The rooms, opening towards the south and the east, enjoy the Ria´s view and the best sun exposure, creating a strong relationship with the outdoor patios and the overflow pool.
