The predominantly horizontal building, made up of three floors of flats, enjoys a privileged location, both for its sun exposure and its views of the sea, as well as access to the coastline and the beach. All the flats have sea views, especially those located at the top west, with a privileged frontal view of the beach. Thus, the building is quite transparent to the south, where the living rooms and kitchens generally open out, while the north façade, where the bedrooms are generally located, is more opaque.
