The steep slope of the site conditioned the project, giving it unique characteristics and allowing to take advantage of the views over the valley with the sea in the background.
The building consists of two volumes perpendicular to each other.
The main volume, where practically the entire housing program is located, appears as a “wedge”, embedded in the slope and laid out perpendicularly to the street, profiting from the sunlight and the landscape.
The second volume, parallel to the street, contains the indoor pool and gym. On its roof there is a terrace that serves as a solarium and from where you can enjoy the view over the valley.
