The house appears to us as two overlapping volumes. The lower volume, more transparent and more "fragile", supports the upper volume, which is more opaque and has more rhythmic openings, punctuated by small volumes - the balconies.
An access to the roof was also created, where you can enjoy the views and a jacuzzi. This access is marked by a triangular element that accompanies the stairs, constituting a sculptural element that seeks to resemble a boat sail in Ria.
