The long and narrow land has a large street front to the East, where the main access to the house is made. This shape conditioned the proposal, which became also long and narrow.
The house consists of two overlapping volumes that are horizontally displaced.
The lower volume, more transparent especially to the West, supports a more opaque upper volume, all covered with dark panels.
